1. Who we are
EPA INTELLIGENCE is the private research and advisory brand presented on this website. It is not a governmental or regulatory body. Questions about the operating entity, legal status, jurisdiction or contractual counterparty may be directed to [email protected] before agreeing to any engagement.
2. Scope of services
Services may include information analysis, digital investigations, evidence organization, due diligence and consultancy under individually agreed written terms. We do not promise a particular outcome.
3. Use of the portal
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and only provide material they are legally entitled to share. Use of the portal is restricted to adults aged 18 or older.
4. Financial information
Any demonstration balance is simulated, has no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed. Administrative financial records do not, alone, constitute proof that EPA holds assets or has completed a transaction.
5. Wallets and transfers
Public wallet addresses may be saved as contact references. This site does not take custody of private keys, and does not execute automatic blockchain or fiat transactions. Sandbox withdrawal requests are subject to administrator approval and only update simulated ledger records. Actual payouts are not offered through this portal.
6. Engagement process
Consultations do not create a contract. Any professional engagement requires a separate written agreement describing deliverables, responsibilities, cancellation terms and applicable consumer rights.
7. Liability and limitations
Information is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may contain uncertainties. We do not provide banking, investment advice, legal representation, or any regulated service unless separately authorized and disclosed. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and complaints
We may suspend access for misconduct or security concerns. For service or privacy concerns, contact [email protected] or +1 778 300 3502. Requests should include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry without sharing passwords or private keys.
9. Governing law and updates
The applicable contracting entity and governing jurisdiction must be identified in a signed service agreement. Material updates to published terms should be accompanied by an effective date and communicated through suitable channels.
