A rigorous process.
A clearer way forward.
A sound research process is transparent about what information exists, how it was obtained, what can be verified and where uncertainty remains. Clear expectations at the start create a more useful result at the end.
Consultation & scoping
We establish the issue, relevant dates, existing records and desired outcome of the research. The scope identifies what can be examined, what permissions are needed and what form of written findings is appropriate.
Evidence intake
Client-provided materials are organized by origin, date and relevance. Originals should be preserved wherever possible, and sensitive or unrelated material is excluded from the review.
Verification & analysis
Available claims are compared with independent sources where possible. We record contradictory details, missing evidence and the difference between direct observation and informed inference.
Intelligence brief
The result is structured around the original question. A brief may include findings, source references, an evidence timeline, confidence notes and realistic next steps.
Follow-through
Where expressly agreed, additional support may include document preparation, clarifying responses or updates as new information becomes available. External outcomes are not guaranteed.
